Meet Our Team
Parush Mann – LL.B, B.A.S
Our partner immigration lawyer, Parush Mann strives to find the optimal resolution for each client regardless of the complexity of their personal and economic circumstances.
As a first-generation immigrant to Canada, Parush has experienced firsthand the complexities of navigating the Canadian Immigration system. With this in mind, he has strong attention to detail and maintains strong communication between lawyer-client, so that he can bring peace of mind as he navigates them through their unique legal circumstances.
Parush is an active member of the Law Society of Ontario. With close to a decade of experience, he has assisted hundreds of immigration clients and has courtroom experience appearing before the Provincial Court, Superior Court, and the Federal Court of Canada. Parush, also regularly appears before the Immigration Refugee Board of Canada.
Parush holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Specialized Honours in Finance) from York University, and has completed courses towards a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree program at Osgoode Hall Law School.
Piyush Mann – BDes, MDes, P.hd (Currently pursuing in UK)
Piyush Mann is our lead Director. Under his leadership and guidance, this firm works to achieve our vision and mission. Piyush has been involved with in the Canadian post-secondary education industry for over 15 years.
Piyush is currently working as a professor at Sheridan College at their Hazel McCallion Campus and at the Yorkville University with their Toronto Film School.
Piyush Mann is a designer, artist and educator. He has a fundamental understanding of student issues; and with decades of experience and advocacy he provides invaluable expertise to help us achieve our mandate to provide excellent services to our clients.
He holds a Masters of Design degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Design degree from OCAD University (Ontario College of Art and Design). Piyush is currently pursuing is Doctor of Philosophy at Anglia Ruskin University, UK.
Bijender Mann – D.Pharm
Bijender is our second Director and he is our client experience expert. Being a business owner, he understands his clients. Bijender has over 30 years of experience in business development, management and marketing.
He is an entrepreneur and he bring decades of experience to our firm. Under his leadership and guidance our firm will work to provide you superior service and optimal solutions for your Canadian immigration needs.
Bijender holds a diploma in Pharmacy and has successfully operated a consumer-focused business. He is a proud Indian, lover of cricket and his focus will remain to help you find your pathway to a new life in Canada.
