If your permanent resident visa was denied or you lost your permanent residence, we can help appeal the decision to Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (“IRB”).
Immigration Appeal Division of IRB hears appeals from refusal of permanent residence visa under family class or for decisions made outside of Canada on residency obligations. If you applied to immigrate to Canada as a dependent child, a spouse, a parent or grandparent, or other eligible members, and your application was refused, you have the right to have your case heard by a member (judge) of the Immigration Appeal Division.
