Puri: Residents of Dhanapur in Pipili block of Puri district were scared after a wild elephant entered the area on Tuesday.
The elephant has strayed into the human settlement from Chandaka forest. Forest Department has been informed about its presence.
As per sources, an elephant had kill two people in the area three years back. The incident has not been erased from people’s minds.
