Bhubaneswar/England: Eggs were hurled on King Charles III during his visit to northern England on Wednesday. The man who hurled the eggs was immediately detained by police.
Charles and Queen Consort Camilla are on a two-day tour of northern England. They were having a public engagement – a traditional ceremony by the Lord Mayor of York to welcome the new king to the city, when the incident occurred.
