Cuttack: Police have arrested a person on charges of selling duplicate products of Tata Consumer Products Limited at Nischintakoili in Cuttack district. The accused has been identfied as Sk Rizwan (30).
Reportedly, a Mumbai-based investigation agency had lodged a complaint at Nischintakoili Police Station on November 17 alleging that one SK Variety Store located at Katikata, Asureswar, is selling counterfeit product of Tata Tea Premium.
It also stated that it is causing commercial loss to the company and also damaging its goodwill. The store owner Rizwan is a resident of Sabalangir, Konipara under Mahanga police limits of the district.
