Bhubaneswar: A Maoist camp was busted during a combing operation by security forces in Pangabaju Reserve Forest under M. Rampur Police Station in Kalahandi district.
Based on reliable information about movement of armed CPI Maoist group in the reserve forest, an anti-maoist operation was launched on November 3 by engaging of SOG teams including DVF.
During the course of operation near Kalesur village, the Maoists managed to flee away by seeing security forces by taking advantage of thick bushes and hard-terrain. On further search of the area, Police recovered the following materials.
