Bhubaneswar: During the last 24 hours, 12 stations in the State recorded temperatures below 13 degrees Celcius. Among these, G Udaygiri and Similiguda were the lowest at 8 degrees while Sundergarh and Deogarh recorded 12.5 degrees on Saturday night.
The other colder places were Kirei (Sundergarh), Phulbani, Daringbadi, Koraput, Keonjhar, Bhawanipatna, Jharsuguda, and Chiplima.
“No large change in Minimum temperature (Night Temperature) during next 4 to 5 days over the districts of Odisha. Dry weather very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha,” the IMD bulletin read.
The IMD further stated that light to moderate Rain or Thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Malkangiri, Rayagada, Koraput and Nabarangpur districts on November 21 and 22.
