Admission Procedure :

A- Students seeking admission to the course has to collect prescribed admission Application Form with Prospectus from the Office of payment of Rs . 200 /- or Rs.250/- (by Post) from CESYAN, Bhubaneswar within 30 days of advertisement / declaration of qualifying examination results.

 

B- Candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria has to fill up the Admission Application Form and has to submit along with documents mentioned below at office within the speci fied date mentioned in the admission application form.

Documents Required To Be Submitted Along With The Admission Application Form :

  1. Attested Photocopy of HSC, +2, +3 or equivalent Certifi cates and mark sheet.
  2. Attested recent Two Passport size Photograhphs.
  3. Attested Photocopies of Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/ OBC Candidates.
  4. Attested Copies of the Certificate in case of Sportsman / Physically / Handicapped / Green Card Holder / Ex-ser vicemen, if any.
  5. Postage stamps worth Rs. 5/- to be affixed on the Index card given in the Application Form.
  6. College Leaving Certificate and conduct certificate (Original).
  7. Migratin Certificate (Original).
  8. Copy of the Aadhaar Card

C- Application of the candidate fulfilling the eligibility crite ria will be placed before the Selection Committee. Selec tion will be done in the basis of merit only. Candidate hav ing higher education will be getting special weightage dur ing the selection. Candidate belonging to Reserve Category, i.e,. SC/ST/OBC/Ex-servicemen / Green card Holder / Sports will get preference as per Government rules.

D- Selected candidates will be intimated by notice through the Notice Board of the Academy as well as by intimation letter through post regarding the date and time of admission.

E- Candidates seledted for admission have to report at the Office with all the documents with requisite fees mentioned in this prospectus.

F- Every candidate has to give an undertaking in a seperate sheet at the time of admission to the effect that he / she will abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution.
