Bargarh: The filing of nomination papers for the bye-election to Padampur assembly constituency begins today and will continue till November 17.
Candidates can file their nomination papers at the office of the Padampur Sub-Collector between 11 am and 3 pm on any day other than public holiday. The nomination papers will be scrutinised on November 18.
Candidates can withdraw their candidature before 3 pm of November 21. The polling will be held on December 5 between 7 am and 4 pm.
Final preparations have been made by the administration for the election process. However, no party has released the name of its candidates till date.
