Bhubaneswar: The polling hours for the bye-election to Padampur assembly constituency in Bargarh district has been reduced. It was informed after an all-party meeting with the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) on Monday.
In the meeting, it was decided that the voting will begin at 7 am and end at 4 pm on the scheduled date i.e. December 5. The decision was taken in view of winter season and Maoist threat.
